Get out of a Funk – 10 tips
1. Check your biology ; eating ? sleeping ? etc.
2. Acknowledge but not indulge negative emotions.
3. Write or journal about it.
4. Create something out of it.
5. Focus your energy in a positive direction.
6. Get or do bodywork: Meditate, Epsom salt bath, Massage.
7. Get into the funk for an appointed time.
8. Go outside.
9. Give to others.
10. Play !
